About Grind
Here's what you get.
Built for the gym floor. Fast, social, and actually useful.
Fast workout logging
Log a set between reps, not paragraphs. We remember your last weights so you're not typing when you should be resting.
Social feed
Follow your gym friends, hype up their PRs, and guilt each other into not skipping leg day. Basically a group chat that also tracks gains.
PR celebrations
Hit a new number and we catch it automatically. Share a card to your story and let people know you showed up.
Streak tracking
Don't break the streak. Your current run and your best one ever sit right on your profile, so you can't quietly let it die.
The Grind Score
Strength, compared fairly.
A 135 lb lifter pulling 200 lb is nuts. A 220 lb lifter pulling the same 200 lb is a solid lift, but it's not the same feat. Grind Score factors in bodyweight so you're not comparing apples to fridges.

What's your Grind Score?
The exact same math the app uses, calculated live. Enter a set and see where you land.
Grind Score is a bodyweight-normalized strength metric, loosely inspired by systems used in competitive powerlifting. It's calculated per set here, the same way the app does it, and isn't an official competition score.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask.
Is Grind free?
Yes, at least for the beta. We haven't figured out pricing long-term, but nobody's getting charged to use it right now.
iOS or Android?
iOS first. Android's coming after we get the beta feeling solid.
When's the beta launching?
We're not locking in a date yet, that's kind of the point of the waitlist. Sign up and you'll be the first to hear when it's ready.
Does it sync with Apple Health?
Not yet. It's on our list, just not in the first version.
What happens to my data?
We use your email to let you know when the beta's ready. That's it, no spam and we're not selling it. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Early access
Be first in.
We're building this out in the open and want real lifters helping shape it. Drop your email and we'll hit you up when the beta's ready.
