About Grind
Built for the gym floor. Fast, social, and actually useful.
Log a set between reps, not paragraphs. We remember your last weights so you're not typing when you should be resting.
Follow your gym friends, hype up their PRs, and guilt each other into not skipping leg day. Basically a group chat that also tracks gains.
Hit a new number and we catch it automatically. Share a card to your story and let people know you showed up.
Don't break the streak. Your current run and your best one ever sit right on your profile, so you can't quietly let it die.
Most lifting apps are just loggers. Fine for tracking your numbers, useless for anything else. Grind actually puts your people front and center. When someone you follow hits a new PR, you'll see it, react to it, and probably want to go harder next session.
No more logging into the void.
⚠️ Simulated preview — not actual app footage. Grind is currently in development.
The Grind Score
A 135 lb lifter pulling 200 lb is nuts. A 220 lb lifter pulling the same 200 lb is a solid lift, but it's not the same feat. Grind Score factors in bodyweight so you're not comparing apples to fridges.
Raw numbers
Applying the formula
Try it yourself
The exact same math the app uses, calculated live. Enter a set and see where you land.
Grind Score is a bodyweight-normalized strength metric, loosely inspired by systems used in competitive powerlifting — it's calculated per set here, the same way the app does it, and isn't an official competition score.
No black box. Here's exactly what happens to your numbers, step by step.
How it works
No tutorial needed. Download it, sign up, start lifting.
What's next
A few things already on the whiteboard for after launch.
See who's actually pulling the biggest numbers at your specific gym, not just in your friend group.
Save your own splits or grab one someone else built, so you're not rebuilding the same routine every week.
Log sets and check your rest timer without pulling your phone out mid-workout.
We're starting on iOS. Android's next once the beta's in good shape.
Why Grind
Here's what makes Grind different.
Early feedback
A few words from people who've tried the early build.
Finally an app that makes lifting feel social. My PRs actually get noticed now instead of disappearing into a notebook.
The Grind Score is genius. My girlfriend and I can finally compare lifts fairly even though she's half my size.
Logging is so fast I barely think about it between sets. That's the whole game for an app like this.

FAQ
Yes, at least for the beta. We haven't figured out pricing long-term, but nobody's getting charged to use it right now.
iOS first. Android's coming after we get the beta feeling solid.
We're not locking in a date yet, that's kind of the point of the waitlist. Sign up and you'll be the first to hear when it's ready.
Not yet. It's on our list, just not in the first version.
We use your email to let you know when the beta's ready. That's it, no spam and we're not selling it. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Early access
We're building this out in the open and want real lifters helping shape it. Drop your email and we'll hit you up when the beta's ready.
